Chivalric Tees works with U.S. based manufacturers to provide awesome apparel and accessories at very reasonable prices while celebrating medieval history. We endeavor to be the best in the business, with the best customer experience from online purchase to door step delivery.

We ship directly from our printers and manufacturers to you. Apparel items usually take a week for shipment and accessories may take 2-4 weeks. This is because our accessories in many cases are 3D-printed on demand so it can take some time to begin your order. So please be patient with us and remember our 100% satisfaction guarantee. We aren't happy unless you're happy.

    • The design on my shirt came out crooked or off center! What can I do?
      • Once in awhile, a design is misprinted, crooked, off center, sometimes with the wrong shade of color! If this has happened to you, please take a photo of your item and send it to help@chivarlictees.com no less than 30 days after you've received the item. If it fits the criteria, we'll send you a replacement item at no cost to you.
    • My apparel came out with a weird smell, what's going on?
      • The pretreatment solution used during the printing process can be pretty strong. We encourage you to wash your item in cold or warm water inside out (Hot will make it shrink). This will protect your design and remove the smell.
    • My All-Over Sublimation Tee has white streaks, what happened?
      • White streaks will appear on all t-shirts around the seams, especially around the shoulders, under the armpits, and around the collar of the shirt.  This is an unfortunate part of the sublimation process when it comes to printing on every part of the shirts.     • How much is shipping?
      • We generally follow a flat rate of $4.00 for U.S. (domestic) items, charging an additional $1 per additional item and approximately $10 for international items with an additional $1.00 per item.
    • I was charged a fee for shipping at my post office, what is this?
      • This is likely an import duty fee as part of your nation's customs policy. This fee varies by nation and is the customer's responsibility to pay. Please check your nations import duty policies if you are ordering outside the United States.
    • What happened to the donations?
      • All orders prior to November 10th will be donated to their respectively selected charities. We plan to resume donations in the next few months while we sort out our future planning!
      • Do you ship to my country?
        • Yes, we offer international shipping
        • How long does it take for an order to arrive?
          • This depends on the product ordered but usually 1-2 weeks for printed items (t-shirts, leggings, yoga mats etc.), 3-4 weeks for others :

          • Can I ship my order faster?
            • At this moment we can only offer standard delivery times as mentioned above, however we are actively working to reduce shipping times down to 1-2 week periods.
              • I ordered more than one item, but only received one, where are my other items?
                • Not all of our product inventory is stocked in house and is delivered by various manufacturers. As a result, in order to ship to you faster, we deliver items separately. 
              • I haven't received any order confirmation, what's going on?
                • Order confirmations are automatically sent via our checkout and fulfillment system. If you have not received any order confirmation, this is usually due to incorrect email entry. If you believe this has happened to you, please contact help@chivalrictees.com and we will fix this for you.
              • Are free items really free?
                • YES! For our promotional items they are free, shipping and handling is free too!
